  • All prices are subject to change

  • $100 deposit required

  • Add additional people for $50 a person (up to 3 people)

  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before scheduled trip

  • Trips cancelled within 30 days of scheduled trip will not be refunded deposit.

FAQ's

All fishing gear and bait is included.

Appropriate apparel for the temperatures. If it is windy , it tends to be a little cooler on the water. You are welcome to bring any non-alchoholic beverages or snacks you may want on the boat as well.

Yes, any food is welcomed on the boat.

No one is ever guaranteed to catch fish, that is why it’s called fishing not catching. 

There is a $100 down payment required to hold your preferred date. If the trip is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of the trip, the down payment will not be refunded.

Chasing Fins can accommodate up to 4 people. Base rates for the charter are based on a 2-person trip, additional guest will be $50 per person.

YES! Chad loves to teach the next generation of anglers!

Yes, we will fish in the rain. The fish are already wet!

Anytime! The best bite time depends on the species of fish you are targeting. Give Chad a call to determine the best timelines for your specific fish.

Weather in Wisconsin can be unpredictable. If inclement weather or rough wind conditions cause your trip to be cancelled, Chad will work with you to find an alternative plan or reschedule. Safety on the water is Chasing Fins top priority.

Chasing Fins works hard to provide a safe, fun, and successful trip. Tips are appreciated.

if your trip is on Lake Michigan or out of a launch that provides a fish cleaning station, Chad will happily filet and package your fish for your ride home. If there is no fish cleaning station, Chad can give you detailed instructions on how to filet and package your catch at home. Chad can also give some suggestions on recipes featuring your fish!

If you are looking for something extra… Chad can smoke your salmon, lake trout or rainbow in his 4ft x 9ft smoker for an additional charge!

Chasing fins specializes in fishing for walleye, perch, salmon, rainbow, and lake trout. these species of fish are prevalent in Lake Winnebago, the Bay of Green Bay, the Wolf River, and Lake Michigan.

Chasing Fins will have water on board for your convenience. All other snacks and drinks are your responsibility.

Yes, all guests 16 or older will need to have a general Wisconsin fishing license. If your trip is on Lake Michigan, you will need a Great Lakes Stamp in addition to the general license. It is federal law that you have a physical copy of your fishing license on you while fishing.

Depending on what species you have decided to target, you will meet Chad at a boat launch on the body of water where those fish live. Those details will be discussed and agreed upon in the pre tip briefing.
